As a fintech player, we use a network of advisors, banks and accountants to digitally source, process and monitor the loans we originate.
After origination of the credit by the sales department, the credit team will conduct management/advisor calls and meetings, analyse the credit and industry dynamics. Related tasks will include debt capacity assessment and structuring of the optimal loan package, preparing and presenting a credit proposal. The department is accountable for selecting good quality credits and will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of the loan portfolio. Ideal background would include previous experience in Leveraged Finance, Private Debt excecution.

Prepare banking and downside financial case
Rate the loan using Moody's RiskCalc
Structure and price the loan, prepare and negotiate term sheet together with the legal department
Prepare Credit Proposal and defend the Proposal in the Credit Committee
Pro-active portfolio- and relationship management
Signal market trends and propose new loan products
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role at a bank, private equity or debt fund
Knowledge of lending products and local relevant law
