A&M are today making an ambitious break into the Scandinavian Transactions Advisory market with a first office opening up in Sweden. To this end, we are currently seeing talented individuals to join this new and exciting business in the region.

A&M is a growing business and staff at most levels have extensive client exposure and the opportunity be involved in business development activities. Managers and Senior Associates join the weekly Transactions Advisory meeting where WIP, project pipeline, resourcing, marketing and business development initiatives are discussed.
Managers and Directors are very much encouraged to build relationships with their client peers, planning and participating in relationship building activities. We recognise that building relationships with clients is crucial to building a platform for promotion and career development.

Our Transaction Advisory group work in multi-disciplinary teams on projects across a number of geographies so staff at all levels have the opportunity to build broad international deal experience. Our Transaction Services team can work with Operational and Tax Due Diligence professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process.
All staff are encouraged to internally network with our service lines and to work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships.
Similarly Managers and Directors are expected to be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in beginning to develop new client relationships.
Qualified Big 4 trained people with an exceptional academic record
Previous experience in Transaction Advisory, Operational due diligence or company Performance Improvement is essential in addition to experience across Private Equity or large Corporates.
Fluent business level English is essential and additional European language skills including Swedish, Norwegian or Danish is highly desirable.
