The role will manage SEI's international asset management solutions, including project managing, leading and co-ordinating the enhancement and maintenance of the SEI funds and the packaging and promotion of the solutions. The successful candidate will also enhance these solutions and processes, to better meet the needs of clients, to minimize risks and to increase the company profitability.
› Act as primary owner of specific AMD's international solutions and related projects and support program. › Manage the on-boarding of key international and global distribution partners working with key internal stakeholders such as sales, legal, compliance and product. › Co-ordinate regulatory change projects such as MiFID II, GDPR, PRIIPS › Co-ordinate local fund registrations with key stakeholders. › Contribute to the future development of AMD solutions by applying local market solutions expertise to SEI's core capabilities to enhance the proposition › Navigate and build strong internal relationships to ensure all internal resources are leveraged as effectively as possible. › Ensure all work is consistent with sales and marketing strategy
› Keep up to date on market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc. › Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance. › Any other ad-hoc projects as required.
Technical Capabilities/Skills & Experience Required for the Role:
› Demonstrable experience in asset management or asset servicing › Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines › Strong attention to detail. › Very good communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to work with a variety of different teams to deliver projects on time. › Proficient IT skills - all Microsoft office products and able to pick up other systems easily › Self-motivated, pro-active and logical, individual with a can do attitude › Strong knowledge of the international wealth management intermediary market and asset management industry › Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and continually able to reassess priorities to focus on high impact activities
