Nomura's Investment Banking Division provides a vast array of advisory and capital-raising solutions to corporations, financial institutions, governments and public-sector organizations around the world. Our global teams act as geographic, product and industry specialists.
The Turkish Coverage team seeks to build and maintain long-term relationships with major Turkish corporates, institutional investors and private equity firms, along with leading and supporting the execution of the of a variety of deals across the region.
Support the Country Head/Senior Representative for daily activities of the Liaison Office
Lead jointly the internal and external reporting and administrative requirements of the Office.
Be the coordinating officer for various Nomura business lines with interest in Turkey
Prepare informal market, sector and client analysis
Prepare periodic input to country strategic analysis joinly with the Country Head.
Proactively search for potential market/client interests fitting to Nomura services/product offerings
Work closely with DCM/ECM/IBD and Client Financing Solutions teams to give them logistical, origination and marketing support within regulatory constraints.
Visit potential and existing clients of the firm to maintain institutional relationship and enhance understanding of the overall business dynamics.
Occasional visits to offices abroad (mainly London) to enhance connectivity with business lines and various support functions.
Support office administrative requirements in coordination with the regional CAO and Legal departments.
