Build, establish and maintain professional business relationships with institutional investors across the globe
Identify and develop new investors and market opportunities and understand clients needs to ensure that products / solutions are appropriately tailored
Coordinating and collaborating with administrator bank/AIFM concerning investor related tasks (e.g. subscription process, closings, capital calls, distributions, annual general meetings, management of investor data with respect to completeness)
Advise and develop existing relationship and promote new investment solutions for their alternative investment portfolio
Collaborating on investor conference calls as well as on quarterly and annual reporting
Representing the company at and organizing networking events
min. 3 years of experience in the asset management industry with a focus on alternative investment products (infrastructure, private equity, real estate, etc.)
Existing network with institutional clients (pension funds, family offices, insurance companies, banks)
University degree or equivalent
Outstanding negotiating and selling skills (effectively identify, develop and close opportunities)
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and -cultural skills
Very strong client and service orientation, able to interact with and create solutions for highly sophisticated investors
Well-organized with an ability to adapt and tackle a wide variety of challenges and tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
