As testament to career progression within this ASX listed company, two exceptional GM roles have become available due to internal promotions within the broader business.
GM – M&A Melbourne will work closely the senior leadership team and business units to identify and develop transaction opportunities; lead transactions including valuations, negotiation and due diligence from inception to completion and oversight of post completion of deals. This is a critical role requiring strong relationship building and advice to key stakeholders within business units ensuring all strategic impacts, challenges and opportunities for the business are covered. You will have strong commercial acumen and strategic insight to assist in managing the existing portfolio and new acquisitions in line with the corporate strategy. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are critical, as is a collegiate, capable management style in coordinating, managing and mentoring junior staff.
GM – Corporate Development Sydney plays a key leadership role in the conversion of strategic business unit goals to develop executable and actionable roadmaps aligned with the corporate plan. Working closely alongside the business units you will identify and prioritise key business issues and process to deliver optimal solutions through the application of robust analytical techniques, capital structuring solution and commercial rigor. You will have mastered the ability to deliver clear and concise reports with executive ready recommendations and strategies and demonstrate a forward thinking mindset related to the global technology landscape.
These are exceptional opportunities for candidates with well-honed analytical, transaction origination/execution, strategy and team leadership skills within a major investment bank, boutique corporate advisor, management consulting, corporate development and/or the private equity field over the past 7-10 years.
