Are you interesting in an exciting role with the real estate team based in Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate's New York's headquarters?
A position in a small team working on high-priority real estate investments and initiatives that impact major business decisions, fund performance and relationships with investors.
You will be responsible to monitor and analyse business plans and performance to improve returns and take part in the development and management of financial models, to help support acquisition and sales decisions.
You will communicate with all other real estate functions and provide support to the Asset Management and Acquisitions teams by assisting with fund acquisitions, sales and refinancing, as well as track status of leases and communicate with our property managers.
You will ensure compliance with fund and joint venture documents.

You possess a university degree in finance, business, economics or real estate and possess a general financial, accounting and capital markets understanding. Any experience in Real Estate or Private Equity, potentially gained within investment banking or fund management environment would be a plus.
Property management experience such as lease negotiations a plus or experience in acquisition & disposal of real estate is desirable
You possess strong financial skills including, analytical, problem-solving, quantitative and writing skills. You have the ability to think strategically and at the same time be creative in your work, which enables you to present information in a clear and concise manner.
You combine advanced Excel modelling skills with excellent communication allowing you to work independently, meet tight deadlines and handle dynamic tasks at a time.
