We are working with one of the world's leading Real Estate focused private equity funds to hire entry level Analysts for their European Investment teams in London to start full-time in summer 2019.
The firm is a global leader in Real Estate private equity and has a broad range of pan-European investment strategies including:
The acquisition of opportunistic (high risk / return) direct Real Estate assets and portfolios
Corporate investments in the Real Estate sector
The acquisition of Real Estate backed non-performing loan / distressed debt portfolios
Real Estate Debt – mezzanine investments, whole loans, structured credit
The culture at the firm is great, and as a junior there you will be given lots of responsibility and develop quickly.
The firm is holding an introductory breakfast in July 2018 for interested candidates to meet some members of their team in an informal setting and to find out more about a career in Real Estate private equity.
Candidates must be able to meet at least one of the following criteria and experience in order to be selected:
Currently undertaking a summer analyst program in a Real Estate-related team at a leading investment bank or;
Currently undertaking a summer analyst program in a Real Estate-related team at a leading private equity / investment firm or;
Studying for a Real Estate-related Masters or Bachelors degree at a top university and graduating in 2019 or;
Studying for a Masters or Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Management, Engineering or Sciences at a top university, graduating in 2019 and able to demonstrate a strong interest in the Real Estate industry, through previous internships, courses or other experience
