As a global supplier of real estate investment products, Global Real Estate managed around EUR 40 billion of assets and provides investors with access to diversified real estate portfolios with a total of over 1 300 properties in 20 countries. As well as Luxembourg SICAV-SIFs and three German real estate funds, Global Real Estate manages seven listed real estate funds, three real estate funds for institutional and qualified investors with OTC trading and four real estate investment groups of Credit Suisse Investment Foundation.
You a challenging role within the Value-Added Product Management team based in Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate's headquarters in Zurich.
A key position in a small team working on high-priority real estate investments and initiatives that impact major business decisions, fund performance and relationships with investors.
You will be responsible to monitor and analyze business plans and performance to maximize returns and take part in the development and management of financial models for the investments and funds to project fund performance, carry out scenario analysis and manage liquidity.
You will prepare quarterly reports, presentations and asset reviews and thus provide Senior Management and investors with timely and relevant financial analysis of fund and asset performance.
You will interact with all other real estate functions and provide support to the Asset Management and Acquisitions teams by assisting with fund acquisitions, sales and refinancing.
You will ensure compliance with fund and joint venture documents

You Offer You offer:
A university degree in finance, business, economics or real estate and possess a general financial, accounting and capital markets understanding any experience in Real Estate or Private Equity, potentially gained within an investment banking or fund management environment would be a plus.
You possess strong financial skills, including analytical, problem-solving, quantitative and writing skills. You have the ability to think strategically and at the same time be detail-oriented in your work, which enables you to present information in a clear and concise manner.
You combine advanced Excel modelling skills with excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to work independently, meet tight deadlines and manage varied tasks simultaneously.
As a team-player you show a motivated and flexible can-do attitude
Fluency in English, German or other language is a plus
