Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for conducting the administration of investment products and services. He/ She must market and sell financial products and services to potential clients. He/ She offers advice and representation of the real estate products. You are responsible in preparing various reports and correspondence, maintaining files and databases and verify financial data. You will provide strategies and suggestions to clients and also administrative support for matters relating to investors and other business development matters. You are required to attend investment-related conventions, meetings and seminars. You will be sourcing potential investors, marketing and distributing the products. You will also be involved in management and coordination of the entire investor process, including onboarding, KYC/AML screening, subscription, payments, and ongoing monitoring using specialised screening tools. You will also be managing and coordinating investor reporting, client communication and marketing materials.
You are Degree qualified in accounting, finance, economics preferred. You have a good understanding of Real Estate investment products will be a plus. You are of "Fit & Proper" in accordance with MAS licensed representative requirements. You have about 5 - 8 years of experience in the financial services, investment sales or banking industries and prior client facing experience and good track record is a must. You have excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving ability with strong written and verbal communication skills. You are self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development.
