Investment Analyst and Associate - Global Infrastructure Fund
July 11, 2018
London, United Kingdom
Our client is a tier one global infrastructure private equity fund. They are one of the big names in the sector and have made a series of significant investments in EMEA infrastructure projects in the last few years.Globally, they are one of the most high profile infrastructure funds.
They are now looking to add an Investment Analyst and Associate to their team.
Clearly, the Associate position will offer more challenging and demanding work, although both will work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund. Day to day, this will involve financial modelling, credit and the investment analysis of potential investments. The successful candidate can expect to work on all aspects of the deal execution process.
Candidates will have a background as follows:
You are most likely to be working in the M&A, leveraged finance or project finance team of a major bank at the moment and be at the 1st or 2nd year analyst level. Infrastructure experience is not essential if you have the modelling skills. Therefore, we will be happy to consider a generalist or IE someone from a media/ FIG team who likes the sound of this sector.
For this role, you will probably be working in another infrastructure private equity fund, or as an associate in the project finance or infrastructure, energy, oil and gas team of a leading investment bank.
