This role sits within their Fund Control area which is responsible for maintaining accounting records, preparing fund and direct valuations, producing financial statements, liaising with investors and provision of business partnering for the front office investment team.
As a Fund Controller you will enjoy a multi-faceted role which will require you to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders including TPAs, Lawyers, Auditors, Depositary as well as colleagues in the front office.
From a technical content perspective, you will be involved in the following duties:
Production of statutory accounts for limited partnerships
Process improvement and project-based work as required
For this role my client is seeking a career-minded fund administration professional who has experience in Private Equity or Infrastructure Accounting/Administration experience. A recognised accountancy qualification would be a distinct advantage.
