Reporting to the Head of HR and being supported by the HR Assistant, this is a rare opportunity for a junior HR Manager to join the exclusive Private Equity industry. Additionally, you'll be joining an HR team quite early in its career, therefore the potential to grow and develop into the role is enormous.
You will be responsible for developing and embedding:
* Performance Management * Recruitment Processes including onboarding policies * HR Policies and Procedures including employee handbook. * HR Data Management and HRIS (Cezanne) * Legal and Compliance issues such as GDPR and gaining Visa's. * Supporting the Head of HR in strategic projects, L&D and any other people related issues that may occur.
* You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources from a top tier organisation. This will probably be an Asset Management firm, Investment Bank, Magic Circle Law firm or Big 4 consultancy. * A minimum of 2.1 bachelor's degree from a Russell Group University * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (demonstrated by a well written 2 page CV) * Strong Excel Skills (minimum of pivot tables and v lookups) * Aptitude with HRIS (Cezanne would be ideal) * Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal administrative support.
