Who we are looking for
This is the Product, Sales and Solution Design lead position within the Limited Partners Services business of State Street in APAC.
The person will interacts with all levels of professionals both internally and externally to further the business area by creating solution designs, responding to RFPs, doing product analysis and enhancements, giving demo's to prospects, assisting in pricing competitively, enabling integrated State Street wide solutions, etc.
Therefore, exceptional presentation, interpersonal and communication skills are required along with a knack of product and creating solutions. Candidates must demonstrate initiative, be able to perform well under pressure and simultaneously handle multiple assignments. The business area is responsible for cash management, valuation, look through reporting, and performance analytics for client's alternative investment portfolios.

What you will be responsible for
As Product & Solutions Lead - Asset Owners, Private Market APAC you will
- Sales support - RFP ownership as domain lead, Demos, etc. for prospects assisting Sector Sales team
- Solution design and ideation for new requests or unique propositions for existing clients or new prospect requests
- Pricing and review for the business service - competitively and identifying possible synergies and options to maximize value for clients and ensure profitability for State Street
- Coordination with global teams for enhancing the product and operations model and leading projects for the same in the region.
- Market reach out, new geographies and new clients as part of business growth
- Coordinating with internal teams for related new business deal documentation or other ancillary processes.
- Coordinating with other business lines to create a cohesive and integrated solution and operations offering for clients - as the SME for Private Markets / Alternatives business
- Escalation support for operations model that affect product and solutions in the region for the business line - be it for staff in the region or the hubs
- Lead or participate in special client or internal projects as required.
What we value
- Experience in the private equity/real estate industry is preferable.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, positive, can-do attitude are essential.
- Strong computer skills are required, especially Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, PPT and Excel.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Candidate must have a college degree (business, mathematics, finance or economics preferred, accounting concentration a plus) and at least 8-10 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years of product, sales support and solution design.
