As part of a well established team you will lead the origination and execution of Logistics RE deals across the UK and wider Europe.

Requirements:

4 years+ of Real Estate experience (either investments or banking)

At least 1 yr of experience in Logistics or Industrial investments is preferred

Pan-European exposure with strong focus on UK, German and Dutch markets ideal

Good deal experience is essential, and any Asset Management work would be useful too

Experience in sourcing vital as is a strong modelling background

English and another European language highly preferable (German would be best)
