A pension fund managing a global portfolio in excess of $30 billion are seeking an Investment Analyst to join their London office.
Based in London, you will report into the Vice President of International Real Estate and support the London team to underwrite potential new investment opportunities and monitor their existing portfolio investments. You will play a role in conducting due diligence, negotiations and structuring transactions.
You will have previous experience working within a Real Estate division within Investment Banking or Private Equity. European language skills advantageous but not essential.
Salary up to £60,000 per annum plus benefits and bonus package.
