About Us
Heritage is a Boston-based holding company targeting lower middle market businesses generating between two and twenty million dollars of EBITDA. Over the past five-years we have completed twelve acquisitions across five platforms.
To date, our portfolio has been constructed with a focus on IT Infrastructure, B2B Services and Healthcare Services. However, we evaluate investment opportunities across all industries. Heritage has committed capital from two large family offices. Going forward, we anticipate completing 6-8 acquisitions on an annual basis.
