Head of Tax

The role will see you as the Head of Tax leading not only the tax team but also looking at best in practice, best in class for all non-US business matters.

This is a true Head of Tax role incorporating:

• Senior Leadership & stakeholder engagement
• Indirect tax
• International Tax
• Compliance & Reporting
• Transfer Pricing
• Tax advisory

Whilst experience within Private Equity/ Asset Management is highly advantageous, you do not need experience within this area, purely a genuine desire to learn about funds as this will be a key part of the role. Other industry experience considers is Corporate/ Investment Banking, Global Insurance, Fintech, Commodities or Oil & Gas as long as you have International Tax experience and understanding as UK work is minimal.

Ideally, you will be ACA/ CTA qualified or qualified by experience.
