Lead due diligence and draft proposal on fund investment target
Engage in portfolio management including but not limited to analysis, valuation, monitor existing investment portfolio and prepare internal management report
Conduct industry and market research on new potential investment opportunities
Perform data collection and prepare portfolio analysis report on a semi-annual basis
Work closely with headquarter and internal divisions on information collection
Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with major in Finance, Economics and any related disciplines
Minimum of 5 - 6 years' experience in private equity, direct investment or FOF
Qualified member of CFA is a plus
Practical skills in data analysis and valuation
Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded and result oriented
Familiar with Bloomberg, Preqin, Wind, etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
