This individual is responsible for supporting the Alternatives Product Specialist in maintaining Alternatives platform, supporting sales initiatives as well as smooth functioning of the day-to-day related activities.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge relating to hedge funds, private equity, private credit and real estate private market
Work with the Product Specialist and Product Development to structure all aspects of alternative investment offerings, including dialogues and negotiations with fund managers, coordinating reviews by internal and external counsel, drafting committee memos, creating presentation materials and coordinating roadshows
Coordinate the fundraising process for Alternative investment offerings to Wealth and Private Banking clients
Provide frequent investment updates and market commentary to client facing staff
Support post-investment activities including hosting regular update calls/meetings with fund managers
Identify and help implement product and process improvements for the Alternatives platform
Build strong working relationship with local and global stakeholders such as Portfolio Managers, Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.
