Assocciate Financial Analyst – FP&A Pittsburgh, PA
Core FP&A: Partner with a senior sales manager, with responsibility for understanding and managing the core revenue and expenses of a domestic sales channel. Provide expertise and insights on financial and strategic matters through FP&A work including PnL analysis, budgeting, monthly/quarterly reporting and ad hoc analysis. Initiate, develop and run financial models that support key corporate strategic initiatives such as FHI’s decision to enter the active ETF space.
Investor Relations: Prepare executives for Earnings Releases and answer ad hoc shareholder/analyst inquires
M&A: Provide extensive financial modeling and deal related insights/recommendations

Strategically minded individual with an interest in FP&A, corporate finance or strategy
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics or a related field preferred
0-2 years of experience in FP&A or Private Equity/Investment Banking/Consulting or related field preferred
December college graduates or spring 2022 graduates are encouraged to apply
Excel modeling skills preferred (M&A or budgeting experience a plus) along with an ability to create and deliver clean concise presentation materials for senior managers and executives via Excel and PowerPoint
Great interpersonal and communication skills along with a collaborative team-based attitude
Must be a proactive & highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Experience with financial information systems such as Hyperion Essbase/Smartview, FINDERS, Oracle Financials, MIS and MARS is a plus
