Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to work with its Mergers & Acquisitions team within the Corporate practice group in a hybrid work environment in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, D.C. or any other US office locations. We are looking to add a team member with a collaborative approach and experience working on M&A, complex restructurings, private equity transactions, and joint ventures.

We cultivate exceptional attorneys across all levels by providing them with the tools and experiences needed to build successful careers. The associate will join an active practice that represents clients in national and international acquisition programs from a wide range of industries, including aerospace and defense, communications, consumer products, e-commerce, energy, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, natural resources, and technology. 

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• Two to four years of law firm experience.
• Skills and knowledge related to a broad range of corporate matters. 
• Strong academic records and impressive writing and communication abilities.
• Confidence, the ability to assume immediate responsibility for matters in an active practice, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
