BOCAIRE COUNTRY CLUB
Located in Boca Raton, Florida, Bocaire's resort-style Club, with its magnificent golf course and grounds is the focal point of the community. The Club is an extremely successful, full-service private equity country club. The Club’s commitment is to create a sense of community among its members by providing the highest golf course conditioning, and country club amenities.
Bocaire is a gated community with 239 homes and was designed with significant setbacks from the golf course with its lakes and the meandering holes completely redesigned by Kipp Schulties in 2018. The Challenge at Bocaire, the country club’s golf course, and practice facilities have been completely rebuilt and officially opened in January of 2019. The $8 Million dollar redesign included changes to every single hole, as well as structural considerations for players of all levels and enhancements of the course’s aesthetics. This course is like nothing you’ve seen or played in South Florida and after moving over 325,000 cubic yards of earth, what’s been created is nothing short of a masterpiece.
Club amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, with extensive amenities. The 36,000-square-foot Clubhouse is scheduled for an extensive renovation. The Golf Course Maintenance Facility will be completely rebuilt in 2023 as part of the approved $16.6 M masterplan.
