About our client We are working with one of the leading growth debt providers headquartered in London. This is a highly successful, entrepreneurial fund. The Head of Investor Relations is seeking a number two to join them and work across all investor relations and fundraising activities. With time, the role will offer coverage of sophisticated LPs globally, and active involvement in fundraising efforts.
What the job involves
Facilitate all aspects of a fundraising process from the DDQ, PPM and marketing materials to project managing alongside the compliance, finance, and operations teams internally
Assist in the business development, marketing, and strategy of the firm, as and where required, to grow the business
Facilitate the development and capital raising of new strategies and product lines for the business
Create documentation for investor meetings and due diligence sessions and participate in such meetings where appropriate
Who we are looking for
Educated to degree level with previous experience in an institutional environment within a placement agent or fund manager
Proven project management skills: good financial acumen able to disseminate complex data and information into client-friendly content
Flawless written and verbal English language skills are essential, additional European language would be an added benefit
Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
An interest in working in a fast-paced, hands-on, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
