They are looking for an Associate to focus on screening and executing new deals across Europe. What the job involves
You will support the senior team on all elements of the investment process with a core focus on deal evaluation and execution
You will be responsible for building complex financial models as well as undertaking commercial due diligence on a broad variety of businesses and funds
You will also be responsible for building relationships with private equity funds and LPs in the community
Who we are looking for
You will have analyst level, M&A advisory experience from a leading investment bank
Additional European languages are a significant plus
You must have excellent financial modelling skills
You will have exceptional verbal and written English language skills
You will have a demonstrable interest in the private equity secondaries space
