About our client Our client, a global leading private equity fund is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their growing London team. The fund, which has completed its latest successful fundraising, is currently performing very well. The fund invests across multiple strategies within the market and has plenty of deals lined up for the coming year - making it a very exciting time to join. Due to the increase in activity, the fund is now looking to expand its team and to support this they are looking to bring on board a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
What the job involves This is a unique position that will provide full support to the talent acquisition strategy of the firm. It is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring recruitment/talent professional to work at one of the top private equity firms globally and really make an impact. On a day-to-day, you will be working very closely with a very experienced Head of Talent whilst also gaining exposure to the wider people function.
- Ensure operational efficiency across the talent acquisition process
- Support the Head of Talent on all areas of front office recruitment
- Take ownership of the funds back offices hiring processes
- Advertise vacancies on the careers page and company job boards
- Draft employment contracts and manage onboarding documents
- Liaise with and be a key point of contact for external advisors, recruitment agencies etc
- Take ownership of the internal ATS system
- Provide ad-hoc support to the HR Director when needed
Who we are looking for - Experience working within recruitment / talent-based support role
- Experience ideally gained within a professional or financial services-based environment, in-house or agency
- Ability to process data and work with project management software
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Interest in the world of finance and private equity
- Previous exposure to HR would be advantageous
