About our client Our client, a global leading private equity fund is currently looking to hire a Senior HR Manager to join their London based HR team. The fund, which has been investing for over two decades and has an enviable reputation within its space, has had a very successful past couple of years investing across multiple strategies and sectors across multiple jurisdictions.
What the job involves As the Senior HR Manager, you will be working as part of a small but very high-performing HR team where you will immediately be afforded plenty of responsibility within a very generalist role. Due to the HR team being a relatively new function for the business, there is plenty of room for growth and progression with the autonomy available for you to help mould and develop the role itself along with the function. This is an important hire for the fund and is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional with previous management and generalist experience within the private equity, investment management or financial services industry, to really grow their career within exciting and fast paced environment.
- Performance, development and remuneration management
- Working closely with the business on the funds European wide talent strategies
- All levels of employee relations support, training and evaluation
- HR systems and process management across multiple offices
- Day to day generalist support across the European business
- Management and support for one to two junior HR team members
- Lead on multiple HR related projects across the business
Who we are looking for - Broad hands on HR Generalist experience working within the private equity, investment management or financial services sector
- Knowledge of the private equity industry would be advantageous.
- Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven experience of building successful working relationships with senior stakeholders
- A team player with a flexible attitude
