Responsibilities Private Equity (PE) Access is a pure referral platform where the PE Access team sources, screens and curates potential investment deals to introduce to the Private Bank's clients.
Have a clear understanding of the product offering and private equity product within the bank and its investment value to the bank's clients through direct client meetings with RMs
Negotiate and complete deal documentation with external parties including NDAs, fee agreements and other ancillary agreements
Manage the processes for deal onboarding with legal and compliance through to obtaining internal approval from Wealth Head or delegate and to be responsible for execution from initiation to closing
Supervise and implement defined work processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Supervise and prepare periodic and ad hoc management reports for management
Work with team members to achieve team objectives
Build effective working relationships with both internal and external parties.
Degree-qualified in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline
Professional qualification in accounting or banking is also preferred.
At least 7-8 years of related experience preferably in corporate banking, investment advisory, corporate finance
Deal transaction capability in share placement, M&A, syndicated loans.
Ability to engage external clients and third parties in order to negotiate agreements and close deals.
Good financial and numerical literacy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
