About our client Our client is an international real estate fund looking for a Project Director for its operating entity in Mexico, focused on residential properties in Mexico. The position is based in Mexico City. What the job involves
Manage all phases of projects (due diligence, concept, pre-construction, construction, close-out, and post construction)
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource identification
Lead in-site investigations, permitting, environmental and feasibility studies
Manage third-party architects, consultants, and suppliers
Review and negotiate contractor construction agreements with the assistance of in-house and external counsel
Provide regular updates on the projects advances to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and information packets at various stages in the development process to help drive decisions
Who we are looking for
Experience in project or asset management, project analyses, development, or construction management. Candidates coming from a manufacturing background will be considered as well.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or civil engineering or related field
Analytical, organized, pro-active and detail oriented
