About our client We are working with a successful secondary private equity fund manager that has experienced significant growth and is looking to expand their Investor Relations team. Together with the Head of Investor Relations, the goal is to develop relationships with existing clients, deliver a high level of customer service, and further expand the investor base. Working as part of a small team you will have an opportunity to make a significant contribution in this varied role. What the job involves
Supporting day-to-day queries from clients, fund administrators and prospective investors
Aid in managing existing relationships with multiple investors
Updating existing marketing and pitch materials and maintain internal CRM
Reaching out to institutional investors to source and build new relationships in the US and EU
Assisting with a range of activities to support the fundraising processes from initial meetings to commitment closing processes
Who we are looking for
Experience in client relations, business development and sales or marketing within an investment management firm or placement agency
Organised and proactive with great time management skills
Knowledge of the secondary market would be a plus
Additional European languages would be beneficial though not a pre-requisite
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and good financial acumen
