About our client We are working with a long-standing international private markets placement agent. They work closely with GPs and LPs with every aspect of their fundraising, secondary and strategic development operations across sectors. They are looking to hire an experienced Project Management professional to join their high-calibre team based in London. What the job involves As a Senior Associate / VP, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the project management function as well as working extensively with senior sales professionals to further the team's distribution efforts.
Work closely with senior management in the origination and execution of European fundraising mandates
Be the key point of contact with clients driving fundraising project management efforts
Supervise the production of marketing materials, such as pitch books, PPMs and DDQs ahead of going to market
Coordinate the process between fundraisers and clients, coordinate targets and provide update status reports to clients
Who we are looking for
Strong academic record with relevant experience in private markets working at a placement agent or in in-house investor relations team
Demonstrable project management skills and attention to detail
Good financial acumen able to disseminate complex data and information into investor friendly content
Strong communicator, able to confidently manage relationships with senior professionals internally and externally
Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
