The Cat Hospital of Tucson is now accepting applications for a new graduate or experienced cat loving associate veterinarian. Can accommodate part time (20-25 hours a week) or full time (30-35 hours a week) with flexible scheduling and NO weekends!
Dr. Johnston, the new owner/veterinarian, will be working next to you to mentor (if needed) and learn with you. You will have input on the direction of the hospital as we grow. At the end of the day our goal is focused on the patients, clients and staff, not just profits. No private equity funders back east will be telling us how to practice medicine. Our approach of low stress gold standard care for cats will not be compromised.

Experience a 4-1 veterinary tech/assistant to doctor ratio; 2-1 in surgery and dentistry. Focus on being a doctor not a technician. Experience your own dedicated liaison to help with writing your charts and follow up with clients. We have transitioned to all electronic records and made investments in new equipment — upgrades galore!
The nitty gritty:
Base pay starts at $96,000 for new grads and increases with experience and certifications. I am also more than willing to discuss pro-sal. No noncompete clause in your contract. Let’s talk!
