The firm’s lawyers handle transformative and strategically significant deals for public and private companies in every sector of the economy. Qualified candidates will have 4 – 6 years law firm experience in M&A and private equity-related transactions.
Healthcare private equity experience is a plus.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with and advise legal and businesspeople from inception through closing.
Candidates should be able to draft and negotiate substantive transaction documents and commercial agreements.
