Qualified candidates will have 3-6 years of law firm mergers & acquisitions experience.
M&A and commercial transactions experience in the oil and gas sector is preferred.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, businesses, and legal teams.
Must have strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues.
