Headquartered in Wadsworth, OH, Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) is a successful primarily direct-to-consumer provider of specialty automotive aftermarket parts which goes to market via seven specialty brands / banners (websites). EAH’s leading destination websites serve “enthusiast” owners of German, domestic, Japanese and Tesla vehicles, and related professional installers. Our banners include: ECS Tuning, Turner Motorsports, Pelican Parts, Rennline, Texas Speed & Performance, Z1 Motorsports and EVannex. With more than 2 million SKUs, EAH sells a mix of performance and repair parts under its own and third-party brands. EAH operates in six locations and ships from four warehouses, supplemented by drop shipping by its vendor partners.
Led by a strong leadership team, EAH generates strong profitability and has experienced impressive organic growth across economic cycles, including through the pandemic. Further, EAH has grown successfully via acquisition. Revenues are approximately $300 million.
EAH has recently completed the acquisition of RCI Metalworks LLC (RCI Off Road or RCI) (www.rcimetalworks.com). Based in Loveland, Colorado, RCI is a leading banner for off road enthusiasts looking to take their vehicles to the next level in off road performance. RCI, which sells directly to consumers and installers via its website, was built by entrepreneurs who created a destination for off road body protection, skid plates and truck bed accessories. Growth at RCI has been dramatic and the business has thrived during the pandemic and current economic cycle.
EAH is seeking to strengthen the RCI Leadership team with an established President & General Manager.
Since its partnership three years ago with Cortec Group, a premier private equity firm, Cortec has invested millions of dollars to expand EAH’s operations, facilities, technology and team. For more information on Cortec Group, visit https://www.cortecgroup.com.
The President & GM will report to EAH’s Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for:
(i) Providing outstanding leadership through a performance-based, metrics-driven culture to develop and retain RCI’s managers and functional experts;
(ii) Implementing a business strategy focused on profitable growth and operational excellence;
(iii) Delivering RCI’s financial performance at or above targeted levels;
(iv) Overseeing the continued development and expansion of RCI’s in-house brands, including expansion in new makes and models;
(v) Leading and overseeing RCI’s supply chain and manufacturing process to maximize availability, distribution efficiency, quality and profitability;
(vi) Overseeing all aspects of the customer experience, website operations, call center and sales;
(vii) Utilizing expertise from EAH’s Centers of Excellence (COE) to accelerate growth, improve customer experience, broaden product lines and grow RCI’s DTC and installer revenues; and
(viii) Supporting M&A opportunities that could expand the company’s scope.
The President & GM role requires a hands-on executive with a strong player/coach mentality. EAH is a fast-paced

Delivering Operational Excellence: The Executive will set the strategy and framework for continuous improvement, bringing thought leadership and expertise to supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, merchandising, and inventory management functions. Top line growth is expected to exceed 20%+ annually with expanding gross and EBITDA margins. The Executive will establish policies and procedures that promote a positive and engaging company culture. The individual will foster development of a high-performance team through coaching, mentoring, career development plans, recruitment, and constructive feedback.
