About our client Our client, a multi-investment group is looking to hire a generalist HR Manager. The group are a well-established team, and work across various investment strategies across private equity, real estate and private debt. At present, the team is well-contained but entrepreneurial and has upcoming plans for growth, making it an exciting time to join. This role requires an ambitious HR professional who is keen to take the lead on strategic initiatives and operational work to continue building out the people function within the business. What the job involves As the HR Manager you will be working in a stand-alone capacity, reporting directly to the Partners. A senior HR Consultant is on hand for external support but on the day to day the
