About our client We are currently working with a seasoned private equity real estate in Mexico with solid presence in the real estate sector. Our client is seeking a VP of strategy, portfolio management & transactions to oversee fund and debt raising, corporate finance, M&A and capital markets, as well as the investment portfolio management. This position is based in Mexico City. What the job involves Actively participate in capital raising, deal sourcing, through the investment process until execution Work closely with senior management coordinating strategic planning and resource allocation Monitor and review reports on progress and performance of the fund Support the management team in overseeing strategy, bud
