About our client Our client is a leading global investment firm with offices worldwide. They have a well established Investor Relations team based in Hong Kong and they are now keen to hire someone to provide wider support to the team. What the job involves You are expected to provide support to the Investor Relations team by: Logging client calls/meeting notes and updating client profiles Preparing ad hoc reports Setting up client meetings and calls for the Investor Relations team Calendar management Who we are looking for Minimum five years' of experience providing support to the investor relations teams / fundraising teams / client services teams at
