What the job involves Further development of the firm's sustainability and ESG strategy Contact person for portfolio companies on ESG-related issues Development of measures, KPIs and their implementation ESG reporting (e.g. with regard to CSRD and other EU taxonomy) Monitoring of legal framework conditions and derivation of recommendations for action Cross-industry ESG benchmarking in the portfolio Conception and implementation of training courses and workshops on the topic of sustainability Interface
