About our client
Our client - a recognized private equity real estate fund focused on vertical residential projects - has a unique opportunity to join their top-notch team as an Investment Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the underwriting process of potential acquisitions and development opportunities to integrate the company's portfolio of residential projects in Mexico. What the job involves
Create, update and keep track of financial models to determine the financial feasibility of developing potential sites, including market and zoning analysis, density studies, construction cost and schedule estimates
Coordinate the due diligence process, including the analysis on zoning, entitlements, engineering, construction, and other related issues of potential acquisition sites
Research the real estate market conditions through location assessment and comparable sales analysis
Assist and prepare investment memorandums and deal briefs for executive management and the investment committee
Participate in updates to the strategic investment plan of the fund
Elaborate detailed reports for senior management
Who we are looking for
Experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance. Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree with undergraduate coursework in finance, economics or related
Strong skills in working with Excel and financial modelling
Strong communication, problem solving skills and proactiveness
