About the client

This is an exciting opportunity for an executive with significant experience of advising and/or implementing digital transformation projects for complex, international companies across multiple sectors. This individual will work alongside a successful team of senior operating partners and investment professionals to build value and transform companies in the existing Middle East focused private equity portfolio of the firm.

What the job involves

• Lead the transformation of complex digitisation projects across large, growing businesses that operate across multiple sectors
• Provide credible transformational insights to the senior management team and ensure their successful implementation
• You will be working with other senior operating partners and executive-level professionals to both identify and then implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolio
• This firm has a broad investment remit and you will get the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile organizations. It deploys significant capital and has a vigorous throughput of deals which translates into the opportunity to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses

Who we are looking for

• Candidates should have experience of delivering digital transformation projects in international corporates. This could be either at a top-tier consultancy firm, advising such corporates, and/or from the corporate themselves, as a senior operational / transformational executive focusing on digitisation
• Significant operational experience of building and then implementing the digitisation projects delivering transformational support to businesses across sectors
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO
• Credible with portfolio companies' C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
• Ability and willingness to be located in Riyadh, full-time
