The team manages a diverse global portfolio and ongoing interests in established and emerging sectors such as commercial, retail, industrial and the living sectors including multi-family, affordable housing, short/long-stay accommodation and retirement living. The main focus of the property team is on direct style operating platform investments on a global basis leveraging a sophisticated investment team. What the job involves
Produce sound and relevant quantitative analysis for investment recommendations
Analyse performance data to draw insights from prior investment outcomes
Assist in the formulation of strategies to achieve investment objectives with regards to property
Manage relationships with and information flows from external fund managers and/or direct property companies
Extraction and analysis of portfolio information to assist with regulatory or other ad-hoc requests
Identify innovations and opportunities for improvement to Investment processes
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline
Experience in a property-oriented investment role with a high direct investment or co-investment component and/or M&A, public-to-private investments, private equity investments in property related companies and joint ventures
Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills and outstanding written and verbal communication/presentation delivery skills
