About our client We are working with an investment fund manager focused on the real estate sector who has more than $1 billion assets under management with investment focused on private equity real estate. This position is based in Mexico City, but will focus on a high end luxury hotel project in Costa Rica. What the job involves Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to complete construction in a timely matter Perform site visits and review the completeness of the construction and infrastructure of the project Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentation materials, various reports, and dashboards Coordinate due diligence for investors, lenders, and or funding
