About our client
We are partnering with one of the world's largest credit focused asset managers which are looking to bring in an agency relationship senior vice president, to work across asset servicing. This position will play a pivotal role within the private co-ordination team and facilitate both internal/external relationships across the business. As well as working across key deliverables, confirming closing terms and amendments this position will also work on automation initiatives to develop and streamline workflows. What the job involves
Facilitate relationships between administrative agents and various other external stakeholders
Confirming that core deliverables and timeframes are understood across the business and respective counsels
Confirming closing terms and amendments to ensure agents and internal systems are aligned
Confirming required deliverables and the terms of the credit agreement are being met
Working with technology to develop, automate, and streamline workflows
