As HR Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives and operations across the fund's global offices. This is a generalist position with an operational remit, suitable for someone familiar with working in financial/ professional services. What the job involves
Oversee the administration and maintenance of HRIS (Workday) and other CRM
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems by regularly updating employee records and information
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency
Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to optimize HR operations
Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Prepare regular reports and analytics on HR metrics and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making
Manage the employee lifecycle process, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and timely completion of HR-related tasks
Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrolment, eligibility verification, and vendor management
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and assist in resolving issues as needed
Oversee immigration and global mobility processes
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Experience in HR or a related role, preferably in the financial services or professional services industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS platforms
