About our client
Our client, a leading global private equity investor, is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Senior Associate to their Luxembourg office. What the job involves
In this role, the Senior Associate will produce high quality marketing and fundraising materials and will act at the interface between IR and the valuations team.
Production of high-quality marketing materials, with primary focus on ensuring all Request For Proposals (RFPs) are executed in an accurate and timely manner
Work closely with all internal stakeholders including the valuations, coverage, investment and legal teams to collect the most up to date information and ensure coordinated responses to investor requests
Take lead responsibility for the content of the RFP and investor databases implementing all updates as required
Who we are looking for
Strong education with previous experience in investor relations, RFP writing within alternatives asset management or legal background
Knowledge of or exposure to private markets is beneficial, but not required
Detail-oriented with excellent project and time management skills
Strong communicator with a superb command of verbal and written English
Ability to develop positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders across seniority and geographical locations
Highly collaborative, and a strong team-oriented approach
