Position Summary (exact title TBD):  Manage all aspects of associate membership recruitment and retention and other industry strategic relationships as needed.  Support the Executive Director in the field with researching, acquiring, developing and retaining new members, especially IBD/RIA, advisers.   Develop and maintain relationships with the current membership through heavy calling, personal appearances and e-mail.  Research and analyze industry markets and identifies ADISA outreach potential.
