Are you looking to further your skills as an experienced M&A Manager? We are currently working with a superb organisation that are looking to expand their team. The organisation is a medium sizes IT Consultancy that is renovating businesses, technology models and operations to run innovatively and efficiently.

The role of an M&A Manager will work with businesses to address their daily needs and keep it relevant. The ideal M&A Manager will have Strong experience in M&A advisory, Hands-on experience of leading technology due diligence, C-suite stakeholder management skills and ideally coming from a background of top tier consulting.

Ideal Criteria for an M&A Manager

• Strong experience in M&A advisory role
• Hands-on experience of leading technology due diligence
• Experience of working with Private Equity clients and with CxO level client stakeholders
• Great stakeholder management skills and communications
• Ability to drive sales and business growth
• Ideally come from a background of Management consulting eg 'Big 4'

As an M&A Manager you will get:

• Base salary of £90,000 - £100,000
• Comprehensive Overall Package including Bonus (up to 60%!) and Pension
