Corporate Associate; Funds/Investment Management (3+ years): Boulder, Denver, or Reno
Holland & Hart’s corporate group is seeking a funds and investment management associate with at least three years of experience to join its team in the Boulder, Denver, or Reno office. This associate will work with sponsors of, and investors in, alternative investment funds (including venture capital, private equity, real estate, low-income housing and hedge funds) and other investment vehicles in structuring, offering, management, investing and related regulatory matters.
