About the Role:

• Provide Lenders with Independent Engineers & Project Investment Risk Monitoring services for real estate firms.
• Lead the team to execute and deliver risk advisory, commercial reviews for stressed assets; execute financial assessment for reconciliation of collections as per Bank statement, customer ledgers and sales MIS
• Conduct review of fund inflow and outflow management involving allocation of funds to appropriate ESCROW account for sales and approved withdrawals or utilization for cost review.
• Comparison of project planned v/s actual on basis of investment committee plan for project budget & cost and sales milestones, planned sales & collection.
• Responsible for review of bills certification of project, analysis of sales response achieved against various plans launched/ marketing strategies adopted and overall engagement & client management.
• Contribute to new client acquisition, preparation of proposals, learning & development plans for the team.

About You:

• Qualification of CA/ CA Inter / MBA Finance is a pre-requisite
• Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive client concerns
• Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
• Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong leadership management skills 
• Requires expert knowledge of financial terms and principles
